     The case with the "Woz" signature and "Limited Edition" is a nice item.
It's not super rare but not exactly common, either. Not all that many were
produced.

     You mention that it is a ROM-01; so, it can (with an expansion memory
card) run most IIgs software. Any IIgs, even without expansion memory, can
run some IIgs software plus most software intended for the II, II+, //e, //c,
and IIc+.
