Yes.

Basically I would say the ZipChip is a 99.9% dropin repalcement for the
65c02 chip in a IIe.  You may need to set the config for correct slow/fast
slot speeds if you have a lot of cards, but the defaults are correct for
most users.  You will like the speed improvment. :-)
