     Depends upon whether the program was owned by the magazine or purchased
just for publication. If the magazine owned the program, then you need to
consider whether someone purchased the properties of the particular magazine.

     In the absence of clear evidence that someone owns the properties of a
defunct magazine, the usual presumption is that program rights revert back to
the creator.
