Iic disk drive problem

Hi!

I have an old Iic that works fine except that the disk drive has problems
writing to a floppy, saying the disk is write protected when it isn't.  I've
openend the computer two times and cleaned the headers with alcohol and then
it works for a few days but after that is falls back on the write protected
bullshit.  Any suggestions?
