Sorry, but I can not give the answer you are wishing for. The "RELOC..."
error is a ProDOS error, so you are trying to boot a ProDOS disk. BUT,
a 48k II+ will NOT support ProDOS (except the first ProDOS v 1.0). On a
48k II+, you need a 16k "Language Card", and need to boot a version of
ProDOS v1.9 or earlier. (v1.3 or 1.4 won't work either but I can't recall
which had an inadvertent 65c02 opcode.) ProDOS version 2.0 and above
required a 65c02 processor (Enhanced IIE and later), but a 65c02 in a II+
is rare, and a retrofit. I believe all Zip chips were 65c02 processors so
a 64k II+ with a Zip chip might boot the later versions of ProDOS.
In short, your II+ works best with (Apple) DOS 3.3 .
