Ah, so each line can only be on or off for each pixel location? That would
make the colours be:

R G B I
0 0 0 0    Black
0 0 0 1    Dark Grey
0 0 1 0    Dark Blue
0 0 1 1    Bright Blue
0 1 0 0    Dark Green
0 1 0 1    Bright Green
0 1 1 0    Dark Cyan
0 1 1 1    Bright Cyan
1 0 0 0    Dark Red
1 0 0 1    Bright Red
