That is an interesting card, I've never heard of it.

I just got a book that describes how to build your own
"IC test card", and includes the BASIC software to
test the card.

The card in the book just puts data on the INPUTS of
digital logic chips, and then takes the output of
them and shows them on screen.  It will test to
see if the gates work, but not if they'll work at
high speeds, etc.

Any chance you could take a picture of the card
and post it?
