I have a "IIe mouse" on my platinum //c because I think the platinum
color scheme matches better than the baige "//c mouse." As far as I know
all the Apple 9-pin serial mice will work.

On a related note: I don't know if it's the //c's firmware, but CopyII+
v.9 won't fully recognize a mouse on it. I tried all three models in my
collection. Strangely, it will respond to a click, but not scrolling.
