Eprom reading question

I have a no-name clone of an Apple IIe (thanks Wayne,) and I would like to
figure out who made it. I have a needham eprom programmer, and I was
wondering if I might be able to figure it out by reading the rom. I know
that sometimes, developers will add extra info which isn't displayed at
boot, and that's what I'm hoping in this case. At boot, it just displays
"IIe."

I have several disks full of ROM images, like "B 010 ACE 1000 - F8." This is
a binary file, right? What's a good program to use to open this "B" file
type to see what's in the ROM?

I was beginning to learn how to work with my Apple files but it's been
months since I've had time to really do much with it, and now I've probably
forgotten almost everything I learned. Sigh. I really miss playing with my
old computers.

Thanks.
