Although I haven't checked it out myself, I feel confident that the downloaded
file contains the appropriate registration information and use restrictions, as
does most shareware.  From his posting on the website, it is clear that Henrik
intended the download to be freely available, perhaps as an incentive to Bernie
registration.  Certainly, no harm is done in publicizing its availability--the
usual
percentage of folks will or will not register after downloading and trying it.

This group would be considerably more "user friendly" if its participants
were a little less quick to jump the gun and a little more willing to give
the benefit of the doubt.  I hear where you, in particular, are coming from,
but this attitude tends to amplify discord rather than producing reasoned
discussion.
