On my Sirius RAM IIGS Mini-Manual which does not indicate if this is a Rev 2 Sirius, it shows the configurations for 8 megs as follows
 
7.5c      0  0--0
D4        0  0--0 D6
1024k     0--0  0 256k
l         0  0--0 CRow0
H         0  0--0
