It's a Z80 card with which you can run the Appli-Card version of
"Apple CP/M". It has 64K RAM of its own. It also had a timer chip
but I never saw any documentation for it, or any software which
acutally used it.
To be able to use it, you do need the Appli-Card CP/M diskettes. Or
some hardware OEM documentation from which you could write your own
CP/M BIOS from scratch... :-)
