You'll find your time in comp.sys.apple2 much more enjoyable if you make
judicious use of your newsreader's PLONK capability.  In rn and trn, for
instance, the following line belongs in ~/News/comp/sys/apple2/KILL:

/millers@inetnebr.com/f:j

Similar capabilities are in most other newsreaders; check your documentation
for details.
