IIc accelerator

Hello all!

I am just getting back into A2's after a long hiatus..  It is as fun as I
remember it :)

I picked up a few IIc's to get me started..  One is quite obviously
accelerated (games fly on it).  Is there any way to tell what kind of
accelerator it is without cracking the case?  I'd like to find a way to slow
it down for some of those games..  Perhaps there's a boot-sequence thing
like the IIc+ that I could use to slow it?

Also..  What *is* the proper way to crack a IIc case?  These are my first
IIc's (I grew up with a II+, IIe, and IIgs)..  The one that's accelerated
has a few screwdriver marks on the outside--something I want to prevent.

And one other Q..  Anyone know where to find 5.25" drive cleaning kits?
Damn, I never thought this stuff would be so difficult to locate!  That's
part of the fun of it though..
