I'm not saying that anyone else had the right to upload it. I'm
saying that the fact that someone did doesn't prevent you from
also uploading it in any form or version you wanted to.

Given that you were planning to upload the software, how did the
situation change for you when someone else uploaded it? What
reason did you have for not going ahead with your plans?

Was it really nothing more than an attempt to assert control
over the software by *not* uploading it, just to prove that you're
the boss? That's what I'm calling childish.
