What is you SCSI chain like ? Is there a SCSI HDD in there ?
Even if you didn't have the CDROM driver loaded on the HDD (I assume 6.0.1)
GS/OS should ask you to format/eject the disk if it can't mount it, not just
spit it out.
I have used a SONY 6x2 CD-R on my AHS card and it works fine when mounted
alone, but I think I have a problem when chaining it with a HDD, but I'm
sure that'll be a termination issue perhaps the CD150 needs a terminator.
One other possibility is the CD media, ie CD-R's aren't always compatable
with older CD-ROMs. Try the CD drive on a Mac to verify correct operation.
