I don't recall ever hearing of an adapter for that purpose. There were a

number of adapters to do the opposite for connecting a Disk II to a IIc
or IIgs but then drives were expensive and cards relatively cheap.
If you want one you'll likely have to build the adapter yourself.
The DuoDisk card is only a Disk II card redone for a db19 connector so
an adapter shouldn't be too hard.
I'd suggest instead  seeing if someone will sell you the correct card.
Probably cost the same and saves a bunch of soldering. Also 19 pin
connectors aren't all that common.
