Not sure. (This is an Apple II newsgroup.) You may be able to download what
you need from Apple at ...
ftp://ftp.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/English-North_American/Macintosh/System/
Also, you could try posting a question on a Mac newsgroup such as comp.sys.mac.system.
