Re: Recording Apple II sounds?

I can think of 3 ways:

1. Use a simulator on a PC. It will route the sound to the output of a sound card.

2. Use a microphone - easiest by far.

3. Connect the "hot" end of the internal Apple speaker via a capacitor (say 10 uF) and a resistor voltage divider to the line input of a sound card. If you don't know what this means, probably better not to do it. Can damage Apple and/or the sound card if not done right.

How would i go about recording Apple II sounds directly to another computer?

Does the Apple IIe have sound/headphone jack where I can plug a stereo cable
into then run it to a modern day laptop to record some the wonderful Apple
II sounds of yesteryear?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
