LaserWriter 8500 & WinNT

G'day, can anybody offer me some solutions or ideas on the following
problem:
I have a networked Apple LaserWriter 8500.  Users have no problem printing
to it from their Macs.  Users also have no problem printing to it from NT,
except for one particular file type.  We use PeopleSoft as our
administrative system which when you generate a report creates a LIS file.
These are just standard PCL/PSCRIPT print files.  These files print fine on
all the other HP and Apple printers we have on the nextwork, just not the
8500.  The job seems to start spooling to the NT print queue ok, then the NT
print queue shows the job as printed, but nothing is printed out at the
printer.  I have installed the latest LW8500.PPD for WinNT as supplied by
the Apple website.  I have also tried other Apple PPD's 16/600PS, 12/640PS,
Pro 630, standard LaserWriter.  I know the 8500 uses PostScript 3 and think
that this maybe the problem.  The postscript ROM version in the printer is
3.010.103.  Any clues??
