Sorry, I don't have a scan.

It's a short card. The card says "RTC 2.0    Northern Lights Software" .
There is a Yuasa Memo Power Ni-Cd battery on the right hand side, 4 dip
switches on the top left with some kind of pot underneath, and 6 assorted
chips.

Does that help at all?
