That's already online for a download. It should be somewhere on Ground I
think! I uploaded it there a year or so ago. Can't recall the file archive
name or location of it though :( I've got it on a CD here somewhere. If you
can't locate it- let me know and I'll get it to you in some way! It has all of
the Disk ][ sounds in the archive file .
Don't know about the other two requests.
