Hi Tom!  And I reply ... "keep the power crisis in CA" ;-)

My concern in CA and the NW is that power is being traded as a commodity.
It should be managed as a resource.  Yes, even in a capitalistic society,
resources are MANAGED while commodities are TRADED.  Why is that such a
difficult policy to follow?
