IIeCard can't handle years after 1996?

When running programs like CopyIIplus or ProSel
on my LC with IIeCard, the date isn't displayed correct. Day and
month are right, but year is 1996.
I use OS 7.01 German on the LC. On the Prodos partition of the
Hard disk i have installed Prodos V. 2.3, patched for y2k.
I tried all possible date options (US,UK, etc.) in the control panel,
but no way.
I tried GUS on my PPC and had no Problems. So may be it's the
built-in clock driver of  "IIe Startup Software".
Is there a solution?.
