The 607-0275-03 is the ROM 3 IIgs (1mb RAM already built-in)
The 607-0173-D is the ROM 1 IIgs(256k on motherboard) . Late enough
motherboard that it would have been origionally ROM 1 not ROM 0.
I believe it's also has the corrected layout that didn't require Apple to
make
the sound mod.
