     Maybe your laptop KB has some other way to send the RIGHT ALT key.

     You could downlaod TnilUtil.dsk from Ground at
ftp://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/apple2/useful.stuff/Disks/ and boot it under AppleWin
and select the Joystick check program. Then, try different ALT key combinations
(e.g. Control-ALT, etc.) and Function keys to see if one 'pushes' the second
joystick button.

     If no key or combo works, you may be able to modify a Function key using
some Fujitsu KB driver utility.
