The only 3.5" drive you can attach to the IIe card is a UniDisk 3.5". Can't
you use the internal drive of the Mac anyway? You can set it up on the
smartport, which should default to Slot 5.

As far as I know, there is no way to do that, but you can access the
internal 3.5" from the Apple emulation.

Apple DOS 3.3 came before ProDOS, it is completely different to PC-DOS or
MS-DOS 3.3. The paragraph below refers to Apple DOS 3.3.
ProDOS itself can't recognise DOS 3.3 disks, but there are programs you can
run which do allow this. The Prodos Utilities which come on the main ProDOS
disk (file is called SYSUTIL.SYSTEM) do allow you to access DOS 3.3 disks as
well as Pascal and maybe some other formats.
