There's one here @ http://www.brutaldeluxe.fr/public/drol.dsk

Tested on real hardware, speed set to normal, 40-col mode, boot slot
set to 6:
- ROM 3 with Apple 5"25 drives
- ROM 01 with Disk ][ drives
=> OK
