Double Sided Disks ?

Hello,

   I was wondering if someone knows where to pick up an old 5.25" disk notcher?
 I seem to only be coming across Double Sided disks, and not many have two
notches in them.  (I know they use to make these because I bought them for my
Commodore (off topic) many years ago).  I also remember they made a disk
notcher which would punch a notch in the disk, right where it needed to be. 
Since I'm doing so much with my Apple ][ it seems a shame to waste the back
sides of these disks...
