I checked out a Platinum IIe keyboard and am satisfied none of the jumpers on it
effect the esc keys. however I was pleasantly surprised that the numeric keypad esc
key is connected differently than the other one. So if there's a jumper the chasnges
the esc key function it must be on the motherboard. However I'm not using a
motherboard from a Platinum IIe but an earlier one which has a few less jumpers.
I don't want to switch motherboards so I'll take a look at thr ROM and see if I can
figure out how to add that
