][gs Woz HD Problem

I found a Apple ][gs Woz Special Edition, with Rom 01. It also has an
Applied Engineering 20 meg hard drive and a Vulcan Card. The problem is,
it can't load GE/OS. The Hard drive has it on it, but it always saids
"RAM DISK FULL"., Same when I insert a start up disk with GE/OS. The
computer works with all the other programs, except the GE/OS. This is a
tight computer, so if anyone out there knows a solution, wheater
involves a simple tweaking or a buying a memory card, please e-mail me @
