That's an unusual message. It likely means that the original owner had a
large RAMcard and set up the system to load onto the RAMcard which
would make the system run very slightly faster.
The first thing you should do is see if there's still a RAM card installed.

If there is then it might be a smaller one or the RAMdisk size might need
adjusting
If there's no memory card then you'll be able to run IIe programs but not
GS/OS programs.
If that's the case then you'll have to decide whether to find a IIgs memory

card or set the hard drive up to use IIe programs.
