These are dead-easy to adjust, as no disassembly is required.  There should
be a small hole in the bottom of the case through which you can stick a
jeweler's screwdriver to adjust speed.

(That's how my DuoDisk is set up, anyway...given that yours is basically
half of a DuoDisk, it should have a similar adjustment setup.)
