There was a lawsuit over who owned the rights to the caching technology that
went into the Zipchip and the Rocketchip. While the lawsuit was going on AE
leased that technology from the maker of the Rocketchip.  Zip won the lawsuit
and ordered AE to cease and desist so they went back to making the original
TransWarp. A pity, while the TransWarp II was basically a Zipchip on a card,
the TransWarp III was supposed to offer a number of improvements such as
supporting DMA and user upgradable speed
