Do you have any swedish heritage or relatives?  If not, why did you
choose the .nu top domain?  The .nu top domain is particularly
popular in Sweden becase the word "now" becomes "nu" in Swedish.  Some
60% of all domain names under the .nu top domain belong to Swedes !!!
I guess Niue gets a significant part of its income from those domain
names....

Don't worry -- 128 kb/s is too slow for such a big file.
