Ok I did some testing with the 40 column turned on.  Amazingly just
about everything works now!  Even Beautiful Boot works, which makes
things much easier.

AE, Mr. Do (original), Moon Patrol (original), Twerps, Burgertime, and

with some of the alternate cracks that AE and Cannonball Blitz will
work.  I'll try that later.

So basically 99.9% of the games work now.  I'm really happy with the
results of my testing.
