You would probably have better luck posting this question in a Mac
newsgroup, e.g. comp.sys.mac.misc.

To create an MFS floppy from a disk image, you need a working Mac
running Mac OS 7.6.1 or earlier (possibly also Mac OS 8.0). It cannot
be running 8.1 or later, because they removed MFS support by this
version of the operating system.
Assuming your disk image is from Apple's Disk Copy program: Disk Copy
6.0.x should work on System 7.1 or later, and Disk Copy 4.2 should work
on System 6.0.x or later.
