Currently that is the only online resource of it that I am aware of.  As I
posted before it is available on CD 
in full cover to cover contents with the GS WorldView online collective -
through October, 2000.

That CD is available from me by special order.
If you want the CD you can reply by email.  I intend to provide a full
cover-to-cover zip archive of the Redbook (as soon as my time permits) in the
Asimov incoming folder.
