.DSK file -> Floppy Disk ?

Hi everyone,

   Thanks for all the help and info so far.  It's been very helpful.  Now I
have a more interesting question.  I have an Apple IIe with 2 Disk Drives and
modem connection to the net (shell account).  I also have a Win98 laptop.  I'd
like to move some .DSK files I use in my emulator to realy 5.25" disks.  What
would be the best way to do this?  Whoops, Almost forgot, I have an old
PowerBook 540c sitting in the closet too, but obviously neither of the laptops
have 5.25" disk drives..  
   Is there more hardware that I need?  What is the easiest way to move them
over assuming I have a binary .DSK file (not gzipped, or otherwise compressed)
