     If you are getting PAL output from your Apple II video socket, that could
explain some display problems when using NTSC monitors. You could try adjusting
the video output level-- the little wheel-type knob on the back-right area of
the motherboard near the video output socket.

     Don't have any info on Supertalker. It may digitize and record speech and
allow playback.
