Hi Gary,
You can use the Fetch ftp upload program on your Mac
to make the uploads to the sites; Ground and Asimov.

I suggest you archive the disk original as an SDK (disk archive file) using
ShrinkIt IIgs v1.1 or use a zip archive for the disk if you elect to do that,
as the zip archive is easy to unzip on any of the computer platforms that might
use Apple II emulators.

The upload folders for the Ground and Asimov site follows:

ftp://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/2/apple2/

Put them in the upload folder there!

ftp://ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/incoming/
