Check (swap) the IWM and IOU chips.

Does the drive spin up? Enter "CALL-151 <return> C0E9 <return>". Disk
drive motor should start. "C0E8 <return> should stop the motor.

Does the rw head move? remove the black cover from the drive and move
the head carefully (!) to its opposite postition. During startup ist
should move back to track 0.

If you have access to an oscilloscope, check the 12V and 5V supply
voltages on the drive's analog board. Too much ripple indicates a failed
electrolytic capacitor.
