Sorry, but I cannot do that on my Comm Card, which only runs at
1200 or 4800 baud. So I'm forced to use 4800 baud when running
ADT on my Comm Card....
Also: if you use an older, slower, PC, particularly if it has a
non-buffering UART (i.e. 16550, without the "A", or earlier), 19200
bps may be too fast -- if so, typ 9600, 4800, etc until it works.

Depends pretty much on your Windows version and on the speed of your
hardware -- and on whether your UART is buffered or not.
