Oh, yeah, that system was extremely horrible. The one before was easier
(since it used hex code), but I guess they changed to get more compact.
Anyway, since it beeped when one entered incorrectly, and I had my C64
connected to the stereo, I switched on a TV program and typed, and
everytime I heard a beep, I just pressed DEL enough to remove the line,
and started over. I entered a number of programs from 64'er watching
TV...

It's withed mixed feelings I see this happen; it's nice not having to
type things in, but, on the other hand, you don't get the same direct
contact with source code any more. Like all the BASIC programs I
entered from magazines, they learnt out quite a bit of programming
techniques, and since I typed them in, I learnt them.
