does not necessarily mean that an answer is forthcoming - if no
one has an answer for them in the NG they asked in; when they
may have better/faster luck in a more suitable NG.
It's great you could give an answer; but it doesn't mean that
he `deserves' an answer, any more than someone `deserves' to be
censured, for grousing about it. Acknowledging the reality of
the NG's is no big.
