For the System software and a Telecom Starter disk, go to:

     http://www.a2central.com/stuff/applesoftware/disks.html

and order the disk or disks you need.

As to getting Appleworks, you'll have to find a used copy for sale
somewhere.

There is currenlty no FTP software for the Apple IIc so there's
probably no point in looking for any.  :-)
