If you can open it up, if you can see the battery beside the power
supply,
it's a ROM 3. A lot of other differences from earlier IIgses but thats
the
easiest to spot
Since the only actual difference between a ROM 0 & a ROM 1 is the ROM
chip., you'll have to check  the part # on the ROM.  A ROM 0 should have
the part # 342-0077-A while the ROM 1 is 342-0077-B.
