The first computer I programmed was an AN-FSQ-7 on the SAGE system in 1957. It had 30,000 tubes, weighed 30 tons, and occupied a 3-story building. My first PC was an Apple II bought in 1979 with 48K memory. No one could understand why I needed so much memory. My present computer is an Athlon 700. Sabu
