Jeff, do you have your own web site? Do you have a mailing list which people
can join to receive update news, etc? Do you have a user group or other way to
discuss your programs and related issues? I do a lot of those things, and often
response is so much that I can't keep up with it. Just keep talking, and they
will respond in their own way. Those who just take the free stuff and leave are
the ones who miss out.
