It is not necessary to jailbreak to use iPhone explorer or diskaid. The DLL
error comes from iTunes. iPhone explorer uses iTunes DLLs. If you are
running the latest iTunes and still have problems with iPhone explorer then
I'd suggest trying the 14 day diskaid for windows trial. If that does not
work then you will probably need to jailbreak.
